***Payment***

All payments are 100% up front. We accept all major credits cards as well as debit cards. Payments are securely processed through PayPal.

**Customers without a PayPal account ARE still able to place orders**

***Processing Time***

Upon payment please allow 1-2 days for payment to clear. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 days of payment clearing if in stock. Please [email protected] for availability. Packages are normally received within 7-10 business days after payment clears.

***Shipping***

Products are shipped via USPS via Priority Mail. Shipping cost is determined by package weight. U.S. shipping only. No international shipping at this time. Please allow 7-10 business days for all orders. Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm est. Mystique Luxury Remy is not responsible for delays due to holidays, natural disasters and carrier delays.

***Refunds***

FOR SANITARY PURPOSES, HAIR EXTENSIONS CANNOT BE RETURNED IF THEY HAVE BEEN WORN OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY. FOR EXCHANGES HAIR MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING/ORIGINAL STATE IT WAS DELIVERED IN. **EXCHANGES WILL BE GRANTED IN THE EVENT THAT MYSTIQUE LUXURY REMY MADE AN ERROR WITH PRODUCTS/SHIPPING**. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
